Key Construction is a leading company in the building industry, specializing in high-end materials. Based in Tehran, they execute luxury residential and commercial projects using global brands like Century for lighting systems, Schneider for electrical equipment, and Fujitec for elevators. Our main challenge in collaborating with them was to differentiate their brand in a saturated market—one filled with clichéd visual identities: repetitive images of concrete structures, gray and cold blue colors, and logos that all look alike. The industry's odd rules, like overemphasizing "strength and durability" without innovation, make brands blend in.
